Growth Edition provides performance review content (roles, goals, and competencies) using content templates. Content templates impact your entire portal. Primarily, content templates include roles, goals and subgoals, competencies and sub-competencies (questions/answers).
- Role-Based Template
Choosing this template will automatically download a suite of 47 Roles, 20 Goals and 86 Competencies, which can be assigned to your employees. You have the option to customize these goals and competencies, and to add or delete roles.
- Create Your Own – Blank Template
Use this template if our pre-defined templates aren't a good fit for your organization and start your Content Library and Roles off with a clean slate. After choosing this template, you’ll navigate to the advanced section of the Admin Settings page to edit or add new Roles, Goals, and Competencies.
- Organization-wide Goals and Competencies Template
Choosing this template will automatically download 1 Role, 1 Goal and a suite of 43 competencies which can be assigned to your employees. Our Organization-wide template provides company-wide goals and competencies. We recommend this template for companies new to competencies, or if everyone gets the same questions on their review form because the entire team is rated on the same core company competencies.
The Role-Based template and Organization-wide template are based on the competency dictionaries produced by HRSG (http://www.hrsg.ca/), and our own research and experience in this space.
