The Roles are defined by your Performance Template, and directly impacts what is on your Performance Reviews. Roles serve as a container or grouping of your goals and competencies to create your review forms.

When a review round is scheduled, employees included in the round get a performance review based on their assigned Role.


Roles can be added, edited or deleted in the Manage Roles section. Then, you can assign roles to goals and competencies in the Content Library to create employee review forms. Finally, assign the role to the employee in the People section.
